  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Errors in pricing will be corrected, and you will have the option to confirm or cancel your order.

Payment

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets. Payment must be made at the time of order.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on location.

  • Risk and Ownership: Risk passes to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers upon full payment.

Returns and Cancellations

  • Returns: At this stage, Ludic Global does not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged at the time of receiving. In such cases, please email us at support@ludic.global with pictures or a video of the damaged product. If the query is genuine, we will send you a new product.

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
