Delivery and Shipping
a. Product Availability:
All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties or if a product is no longer in stock, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any amount you may have paid. At our sole discretion, we may offer you information about substitute products of equal or higher quality and value, which you can choose to order. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will refund any amount paid by you.
b. Withdrawal of Products:
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from the Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the Website. While we make every effort to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that require us to refuse an order after we have sent you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing any product from the Website, whether sold or not, or for refusing to process or accept an order after we have sent the order confirmation.
c. Delivery Attempts:
We will attempt to deliver the purchased product to your designated address within the estimated timeline notified to you. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, our logistics partners will make a maximum of 3 attempts to deliver the product. If all 3 attempts fail and you remain unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel your order and process the return of the product to us. In such cases, we may deduct the shipping and delivery charges borne by us from any refunds issued.
d. Damaged Packages:
If the package appears damaged, has a torn shipping label, or shows any signs of tampering upon delivery, you should refuse to accept the package from the carrier. Accepting a visibly damaged package may affect your eligibility for certain return or refund options.
e. Risk and Ownership:
The products are at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you once we receive full payment for all sums due, including delivery charges, or upon delivery—whichever happens later.
