Return and Refund policy

At Ludic Global, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Currently, we do not offer exchanges or returns unless the product is received in a damaged state. If you find that your product has been damaged during delivery, we’ll make sure to replace it for you.

Damaged Products

If the product is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us via email at support@ludic.global within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. To ensure a smooth process, please attach clear pictures or videos of the damaged item along with your email. Once we verify the issue, we will send you a new product within 7 business days.

Please note: The return or exchange process is only applicable for products received in a damaged state. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any other reason at this time.
